<p>Dear [[Principal]] of [[School_Name]],</p><p>Firstly we wish to remind you that as headmaster, you have a duty of care over the health and safety of all children during the hours they on school premises.<br><br>We would like to remind you that it is a privilege and a responsibility to have our children under your care.<br> <br>Please note that <b>under law All Children</b> are exempt from wearing a mask. </p><p>In this email we will provide you with sufficient physiological proof that wearing a mask affects the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide. <br><br>Guidelines on what the law states on this matter have been outlined by Sue Grey.<br><br><a href="https://suegrey.nz/articles/140041/To-Mask-or-not-to-Mask?" target="_blank">https://suegrey.nz/articles/140041/To-Mask-or-not-to-Mask?</a></p><p>In view of this we wish to remind you that if anyone tries to force a mask on to you or your child, it would do well to refer them to the 1961 Crimes Act Section <b>189A Strangulation or Suffocation.</b></p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Penalty for This:<br></b><br></p><div><i style="">Everyone is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years who intentionally or recklessly impedes another person’s normal breathing</i><i style="font-weight: bold;"> </i><b>[3]</b><br></div><p><br></p><p>In legal terms:<br></p><p><font color="#9C0000"><span style="background-color: transparent;"><b><i>"NZ Standards NZS4303 [1] specifies minimum ventilation rates and indoor air quality that will be acceptable to human occupants, and is intended to avoid adverse health effects." </i></b></span></font></p><p><font color="#9C0000"><span style="background-color: transparent;"><b><i>The threshold upper limit is 1000 ppm of CO2. </i></b></span></font></p><p><font color="#9C0000"><span style="background-color: transparent;"><b><i>Masks, in particular air inside them, increases CO2 levels from a base of around 500ppm to dangerous levels that exceed 10,000ppm to as high as 20,000 ppm. Mandating masks to protect a nation's health is a </i>contradiction in terms.<br></b></span></font></p><p><font color="#636363"><font color="#9C0000"><span style="background-color: transparent;"><b>According to Section 17B </b></span></font><i><font color="#9C0000"><span style="background-color: transparent;"><b>(g) </b></span></font></i></font></p><p><font color="#636363"><i><font color="#9C0000"><span style="background-color: transparent;"><b>Mask Exemptions, apply if "the person has a physical or mental illness or condition or disability that makes wearing a face covering unsuitable" Therefore this makes them exempt from wearing a mask. "</b></span></font><br></i></font><br>The fundamental "condition" for human existence requires that oxygen and CO2 levels remain at optimal levels. This is essential to sustain life. Therefore based on this premise, this automatically makes <b>everyone</b> exempt from wearing a face covering. </p><p>Ashley Bloomfield has been emailed this information. <br><br>His response to us [2] was in accordance with previous OIAs to the Ministry of Health whereby they don't, by their own admission, offer any evidence that face masks are of benefit. [3]<br><b><br>Please note</b>: </p><p>In Ashley Bloomfield's reply, he did not object to, or disagree with what we said in the emails,on masks. Nor did he offer any evidence that:</p><p> (a) masks help in reducing viral transmission </p>(b) the benefits provided by masks outweigh the risks.<p>In conclusion given the findings we have provided; it is beyond a reasonable doubt that masks do cause harm, especially to children.<br><br>Evidence from a 2015 Harvard Research Center concluded "As CO2 levels increased, participants showed a significant decrease in cognitive ability."
