I am writing to let you know that All Children are exempt from wearing a mask.

To put this simply.

"The NZ Standards NZS4303 [1] specifies minimum ventilation rates and indoor air quality that will be acceptable to human occupants, and is intended to avoid adverse health effects.

This is 1000 ppm of CO2. Masks can increase CO2 levels from a base of 500ppm or there about to 10,000 to 20,000 ppm. Mandating masks for health is a contradiction in terms of health advice.

According to Section 17B (g)

Mask Exemptions, if "the person has a physical or mental illness or condition or disability that makes wearing a face covering unsuitable" they are exempt from wearing a mask. "

The fundamental "condition" for human existence requires that oxygen and CO2 levels remain at optimal levels. This is essential to sustain life.  Therefore based on this premise, this makes EVERYONE exempt from wearing a face covering.

Ashley Bloomfield has been emailed this information.

His response to us [2] was in accordance with previous OIAs to the Ministry of Health whereby they don't, by their own admission, offer any evidence that face masks are of benefit [3]

There is evidence from a 2015 Harvard Research Center that concluded "As CO2 levels increased, participants showed a significant decrease in cognitive ability." [4] Please refer to the link below.

Given the evidence that Masks can cause harm, particularly to children's cognitive abilities, and that under section 189A Strangulation and Suffocation of the 1961 Crimes Act. it is an offense to knowingly or recklessly impede another persons breathing. In other words, that now you have this information and should you choose to ignore it, you as the person responsible for the children's well being under your care, will be held to account.

Please note in Ashley Bloomfield's reply he did not object to or counter our email on Masks, nor did he offer any evidence to support that masks:

(a) help in reducing viral transmission or

(b) produce any evidence that the benefits provided by masks outweigh the risks.

International reports and legal documents state that 'Mask wearing is a coercive tool to get people to take an "Experimental Injection".

This, in simple terms, makes anyone party to coercing others to wear masks complicit in Violations of the Nuremberg Principles. [5]

Below are 32 links that makes a mockery of our Government claiming that, and I quote from a press release last year, it is : "the one source of truth".

Therefore I urge you to look at the wide range of peer reviewed international scientific research by following the 32 links below.

I leave you to draw your own conclusions.

To carry out an order that affects the body autonomy of another human being is no excuse or defense neither is ignoring information regardless of its source.
