Dear Nick Rate of Russell Street School,
Firstly we wish to remind you that as headmaster, you have a duty of care over the health and safety of all children during the hours they on school premises.
We would like to remind you that it is a privilege and a responsibility to have our children under your care.
Please note that under law All Children are exempt from wearing a mask.
In this email we will provide you with sufficient physiological proof that wearing a mask affects the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
Guidelines on what the law states on this matter have been outlined by Sue Grey.
https://suegrey.nz/articles/140041/To-Mask-or-not-to-Mask?
In view of this we wish to remind you that if anyone tries to force a mask on to you or your child, it would do well to refer them to the 1961 Crimes Act Section 189A Strangulation or Suffocation.
Penalty for This:
In legal terms:
"NZ Standards NZS4303 [1] specifies minimum ventilation rates and indoor air quality that will be acceptable to human occupants, and is intended to avoid adverse health effects."
The threshold upper limit is 1000 ppm of CO2.
Masks, in particular air inside them, increases CO2 levels from a base of around 500ppm to dangerous levels that exceed 10,000ppm to as high as 20,000 ppm. Mandating masks to protect a nation's health is a contradiction in terms.
According to Section 17B (g)
Mask Exemptions, apply if "the person has a physical or mental illness or
condition or disability that makes wearing a face covering unsuitable" Therefore this makes them exempt from wearing a mask. "
The fundamental "condition" for human existence requires that oxygen and CO2 levels remain at optimal levels. This is essential to sustain life. Therefore based on this premise, this automatically makes everyone exempt from wearing a face covering.
Ashley
Bloomfield has been emailed this information.
His response to us
[2] was in accordance with previous OIAs to the Ministry of
Health whereby they don't, by their own admission, offer any evidence that face masks are of benefit. [3]
Please note:
In Ashley Bloomfield's reply, he did not object to, or disagree with what we said in the emails,on masks. Nor did he offer any evidence that:
(a) masks help in reducing viral transmission
(b) the benefits provided by masks outweigh the risks. In conclusion given the findings we have provided; it is beyond a reasonable doubt that masks do cause harm, especially to children.
Evidence from a 2015 Harvard Research
Center concluded "As CO2 levels increased, participants showed a
significant decrease in cognitive ability." [4]
An analysis which looked at results from 44 studies [5] concluded that mask wearing for extended periods can lead to the following.[6]
Internal Diseases
COPD
Sleep Apnea Syndrome
Advanced Renal Failure
Obesity
Cardiopulmonary Dysfunction
Asthma
Pediatric Diseases
Asthma
Respiratory Diseases
Cardiopulmonary Diseases
Neuro-muscular Diseases
Psychiatric illness
Claustrophobia
Panic Disorder
Personality Disorders
Dementia
Schizophrenia

ENT Diseases
Vocal Cord Disorders
Rhinitis and obstructive Diseases
Dermatological Diseases
Acne

Neurological Diseases
Migranes
Headaches
Epilepsy
The paper which has been viewed over 230,000 times, which includes 178 references concludes by saying:
"The described mask-related changes in respiratory physiology can have an adverse effect on the wearer’s blood gases sub-clinically and in some cases also clinically manifest and, therefore, have a negative effect on the basis of all aerobic life, external and internal respiration, with an influence on a wide variety of organ systems and metabolic processes with physical, psychological and social consequences for the individual human being."

While this is a daunting amount of information we suggest that you read them along with the videos provided. Ignorance by omission is no defence.
Perhaps you could watch these with some of the children, and then ask how they feel about wearing a mask all day long.

The science on this is unequivocal. The time for headlines and propaganda is over.
If the MoH and / or any other Government agency cannot refute the significant harm caused by masking, given the legal implications of section 189A Strangulation and Suffocation of
the 1961 Crimes Act, which states it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly impede
another persons breathing, we urge that you cease and desist with all masking requirements for children in your care.
Under common law if you impede another person's breathing you could be charged with a criminal offence.
Now that you have this information and should you choose to ignore it, you, the person
responsible for the well being of children under your care, will be held to account.
Our database tells us that Russell Street School has 330 students. When you consider the potential crime of "knowingly" suffocating 330 children and consequently causing the harms listed above to them, you and the Board members of the schools should fully consider the ramifications.
Anyone party to coercing others to wear
masks could also be considered complicit in violating of the Nuremberg Principles. [5]
Jacinda Adern and the Minister of Education Christopher Hipkins were emailed this morning, this email to help them understand that they are violating human rights.

Our conclusion is that with Omicron the pandemic is technically over. As far as we have heard the Omicron is in order of magnitude less virulent but far more contagious than Delta [8].
In this time of uncertainty we would like to remind you that "Courage is Contagious" [9]. Lets do the right thing, and not experiment on the children of New Zealand.
Please consider your decision carefully and respect the trust all New Zealand parents have placed on you and be on the right side of history.
Kind Regards Daniel Suter
